We created a website for an NYC restaurant that enhances the customer experience and streamlines operations. This full-stack development project includes a custom-built order management system on the back end, ensuring efficient order processing from start to finish.
01 Problem
A local pizzeria needed a robust online ordering system to expand its reach and streamline operations. Their existing process was inefficient, lacking online ordering capabilities, customization options, and seamless integration with their in-store systems. They needed a solution that would allow customers to easily place orders online, customize their pizzas, and manage deliveries or pickups efficiently.
02 Approach
We took a custom development approach using the Laravel framework to build a tailored online ordering platform. This allowed us to create a bespoke solution that perfectly addressed the pizzeria's specific needs, including: Location-based ordering: Allowing customers to select their nearest location. Pizza customization: Enabling customers to build their own pizzas with various toppings and options. Order scheduling: Providing the flexibility for customers to schedule orders for future pickup or delivery.

We delivered a comprehensive online ordering system that seamlessly integrates with the pizzeria's existing POS and fax systems. Key features include: Intuitive front-end interface: A user-friendly website where customers can easily browse the menu, customize their pizzas, select their location, and place orders. Robust back-end order management: A powerful back-end system that allows staff to manage orders efficiently, track inventory, and handle deliveries/pickups. Integrated payment gateway: Secure online payment processing with options for immediate payment and scheduled payment deduction on the day of scheduled order. POS and fax integration: Seamless integration with existing in-store systems for streamlined order processing and communication.
